Jeffrey Hildreth

Jeffrey M. Hildreth is Chairman of Bald Eagle Holdings, Inc., where he leads the firm’s long-term strategy, oversees capital allocation, and advises on complex matters at the intersection of tax, M&A, and private enterprise. His career bridges top-tier public accounting and private-sector leadership, blending institutional rigor with generational perspective.

At Bald Eagle Holdings, Inc., he draws on deep expertise in due diligence, deal structuring, quality-of-earnings analysis, ASC 740, and complex tax strategy—supporting transactions, compliance, and strategic planning for both corporate and investor clients. Jeffrey’s work supports the firm’s mission to preserve and grow capital through disciplined, discreet, and high-impact advisory.

In addition to his role at Bald Eagle Holdings, Inc., Jeffrey teaches at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where he serves as an adjunct faculty member in both the undergraduate and graduate programs. His instruction focuses on corporate taxation and accounting, combining academic theory with insights shaped by years of advising on complex transactions and high-stakes decisions. He holds a CPA license and earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Southern California—completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Business Economics and a minor in Political Science, concurrently with a Master of Business Taxation. He is currently completing the hybrid JDi program at Syracuse University to add a legal lens to his advisory work.

Jeffrey’s earlier tenure at Big Four and middle-market advisory firms saw him launch and lead M&A and tax groups across Southern California, mentor rising professionals, and advise on transactions totaling several billion dollars. Before public accounting, he served as Chief Financial Officer of his family’s multi-state media company, managing financial strategy, treasury operations, and an international network. That early operator’s perspective continues to inform his pragmatic, execution-focused approach.

Jeffrey also lends his expertise to corporate and nonprofit boards, advising on governance, oversight, and long-term planning. Rooted in a California family long active in the state’s civic and business life, he brings a measured presence and long-view perspective to every engagement. Whether structuring a carve-out, guiding a student team, or building the next chapter of his family’s legacy, he leads with clarity, conviction, and a commitment to enduring value.

George Martinez

George A. Martinez is President and Chief Operating Officer of Bald Eagle Holdings, Inc., where he leads firmwide operations across both the consulting and investment arms. With over 20 years of experience spanning public accounting, corporate controllership, and financial infrastructure, George brings the operational rigor and strategic depth needed to support transformative growth, investor readiness, and board-level execution.

At Bald Eagle Holdings, Inc., George drives consulting engagements focused on financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-close integration. He also plays a central role in overseeing the financial operations of portfolio companies, helping to professionalize reporting, forecasting, and internal controls—ensuring each business is equipped to scale, attract capital, and deliver investor confidence.

In addition to his leadership at Bald Eagle Holdings, Inc., George serves as a Senior Vice President at a top alternative asset manager, where he oversees the operations of the corporate accounting function. In this capacity, he manages global reporting processes, technical compliance, and cross-functional initiatives across one of the world’s most sophisticated investment platforms. His institutional experience complements his advisory work, particularly in complex entity structures, capital flows, and fund operations.

George previously spent over a decade at Ernst & Young LLP, where he rose to Senior Manager in the audit practice. He led global teams on public company audits, advised on SEC compliance and U.S. GAAP, and partnered with legal, tax, and valuation experts on high-impact client matters. He was a lead facilitator for firm training and played a key role in integrating global service delivery models.

He began his career at Black Knight, Inc., managing close, budget, and forecasting functions for high-revenue business units. That early operator’s perspective continues to inform his pragmatic, execution-first approach to every engagement.

George holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with a minor in Philosophy from Occidental College. He is a licensed CPA in California and brings a calm, analytical presence to advisory mandates, boardrooms, and operational transformations alike.
